Our Customer, located in North Phoenix, is looking for an eager, technically astute individual with a RHCSA Certification and/or 5+ years’ experience with hands-on Red Hat Linux and Windows Systems Administration experience.   The ideal individual will join a dynamitic team of Systems Engineers to assist our customer with the day to day administration of their RHEL Systems environment as well as the migration of all Linux Servers to a new Data Center Environment.   Provides advanced support and oversight for infrastructure related hardware and software including but not limited to virtual and physical servers, active directory, SharePoint, exchange, and 3rd party applications.  Functions as a technical expert for the implementation and operational support of noted technologies.  Periodically will conduct preliminary analysis, evaluation and recommendation of future technologies and solutions. Our Customer in the West Valley is seeking a Safety Manager who will be responsible for administering the project safety programs to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.   Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Perform frequent audits of all work areas. Provide safety expertise in response to all identified deficiencies and requests for safety assistance. - Prepare professional reports, conduct safety briefings, act as company spokesperson for all safety issues, and research and answer all safety questions and concerns. - Resolve all safety issues and provide emergency response as needed that arise from customers, employees, and company managers. - Develop and implement safety program elements, as needed, to comply with customer and regulatory requirements. - Perform comprehensive, in-depth investigations of all injury and loss incidents, identify all causal factors, develop and implement measures to prevent recurrence, and follow up to ensure long-term resolution - Conduct safety training, testing and record keeping for all employees (HazCom, Fall Protection, Energized Electrical Work, Lockout/Tag out, etc.) - Coordinate with company management team and customer agencies to ensure all safety requirements are identified, communicated to employees, and fulfilled - Manage the safety program budget, planning, acquiring, controlling, and distributing all safety equipment, supplies, and training aids - Responsible for injury case management; coordination with insurance representatives and vendors - The duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing and other duties will be assigned based on the position’s role within the business unit.   Education and Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Occupational Safety & Health, or related field preferred. - OSHA 30 Construction Certification - CPR – First Aid Certification - OSHA 500 Certification preferred - Professional Safety Certification (i.e.: Construction Health & Safety Tech (CHST) preferred - Safety construction experience - Pre-Build Experience - Construction Phase experience   Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: - Ability to recognize hazardous situations & recommend corrective measures is essential - Thorough understanding of all federal, state and local regulations - Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong organizational, record-keeping and follow- up skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary - Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude - Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others   Working Conditions: - General work environment – sitting, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted in both indoor office settings, and outdoor constructions jobsite settings. Environmental conditions will vary

Our customer has been providing excellence in their field since 1971. They are currently in need of 3D AutoCAD Detailer/Drafters.   - Use 3D CAD and other software, preferably Autodesk, AutoCAD - BIM experience - Use 3D software to assist in modeling structures, foundations, electrical equipment, managing styles and template development - Demonstrate knowledge of CAD standards and best practices - Learn and successfully apply company, client, and project drafting standards and procedures - Demonstrate ability to apply formulas, principles, and practices to complete required drawings - Provide a range of drawing production work including problem analysis, layout, detailing, drafting, and calculations on project of substantial variety and complexity - Coordinate drafting activities with other designers, drafters, and design disciplines - Successfully communicate and correspond with internal design resources and external clients and personnel - Execute design changes and project drawing revisions - Maintain CAD proficiency and work toward mastering current CAD systems - Ability to perform field inspections - Proficiency in at least one 3D design software package such as Autodesk, AutoCAD   - Revvit or Navisworks a plus but not required - Experience in civil infrastructure system design - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to independently complete required drawings - Previous internship or related consulting experience is preferred    If you are interested in this opportunity, please send us your resume, availability to interview and salary requirements immediately.  If you are not and know of someone that qualifies or is looking for opportunities, please forward their contact information.  We compensate for referrals that are successfully placed.
